Tips for organizing:

Try employing the SWOT analysis method when identifying areas of improvement in your community.

Strengths: What are the strengths of your neighborhood? What is designed well and you want to see replicated or enhanced?

Weaknesses: What are the weaknesses of your neighborhood? What are some common detractors that can be improved on, such as traffic or pedestrian safety?

Opportunities: What opportunities are there for tactical urbanism improvements? What tailored solutions would work best for your neighborhood?

Threats: What obstacles could pose a threat to your efforts? Are there local guidelines that need to be followed, or safety concerns with working in a right-of-way?
