Celebrate your Vision for TOD at the Indian Creek Station Open House!

Update: This meeting has passed.

MARTA, DeKalb County, and the WSP-led planning team are pleased to invite you to the Open House for the Indian Creek Station Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Master Plan! Join your neighbors at Electric Owl Studios (with parking at Indian Creek Station – no parking at the studio) as we reveal and celebrate your vision for TOD at Indian Creek Station. This celebration will include opening remarks, a brief presentation introducing the TOD vision, and an opportunity to review and comment on the master plan at your own pace.

Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) is the creation of compact, walkable, pedestrian-oriented, mixed-use communities centered around quality public transit. The master plan, developed over the past 18 months, reflects a vision for TOD shaped by hundreds of DeKalb County residents that connects people to opportunities, drives sustainable community development, and promotes equity and regional prosperity.
