Being a leader for your CommUNITY!

The Ambassador 101 Initiative is a program through the DeKalb Community Academy launched to strengthen public-private partnerships and empower communities. Developed as a way to sustain activation within Community Districts throughout DeKalb, it identifies representatives to act as liaisons between DeKalb County and the community. Ambassadors will promote civic engagement, support community-driven projects, and help ensure initiatives reflect local priorities.

Who do you represent?

Each Ambassador represents their unique Community District. Selected candidates for this program must live or work in the designated area. This is a volunteer position, therefore candidates must be prepared to dedicate a sufficient amount of time to their projects.
