Decatur Terrace SAP

We will be initiating the process to create a Small Area Plan for the Decatur Terrace neighborhood. Small Area Plans (SAPs) serve as companion pieces to the county's Comprehensive Land Use Plan Plan and are intended to address specific land use and development issues in particular areas of the county at a finer level of detail than came be done in a comprehensive plan.
